What is Presbyterian SeniorCare at Home?

Presbyterian SeniorCare at Home is a faith-based, nonprofit provider of home care for seniors, and part of the region’s largest network of services for seniors. Our mission is to support you or your loved one in maintaining dignity and independence.

Is home care an alternative to moving to a personal care home or assisted living residence?

Many of our clients have thought about moving to one of our many retirement residences, but decided they are not ready yet, don’t need all the services found in a personal care home or simply can’t afford it. Our team approach to home care offers the flexibility and affordability to create the right mix of assistive living services in your own home. If you decide you would like to move to one of our communities, we can help with that transition.

What happens during the in-home evaluation and what does it cost?

The initial evaluation is free, and we will never ask you for any financial information during that meeting. You are under no obligation to use Presbyterian SeniorCare at Home after the evaluation. The in-home evaluation helps us to better understand your loved one’s needs and create an individualized service plan.
